The Southern California Association of Nonprofit Housing (SCANPH) is the collective voice of the affordable housing industry in Southern California and Housing for a Stronger Los Angeles is a coalition of nonprofit developer organizations active in the affordable housing movement in Los Angeles. Our members build, own, and operate affordable and supportive housing across the city, and our collective mission consists of a long-term commitment to building pathways out of poverty and strengthening our communities through high-quality, service-enriched affordable housing.Â
